“Seven Wonders” was the second single taken from Fleetwood Mac’s 1987 album Tango in the Night. It was written by Sandy Stewart and Stevie Nicks, and produced by Lindsey Buckingham and Richard Dashut.
On The Charts
The single was released in June 1987, and reached number nineteen on the US Billboard Hot 100 the week of August 15. It performed better on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, reaching the thirteenth spot. In the UK, it only reached fifty-six.
Single Information
The “Seven Wonders” maxi single was only available on vinyl (Warner Bros. didn’t commercially release CD singles until circa 1990). Remixes were commissioned to John “Jellybean” Benitez, and the B-side was an instrumental track called “Book Of Miracles”.
In the US, the 12″ single was released in a colorful but generic sleeve, so I thought it nicer to upload the great picture sleeve designed for this single.
